Hi everyone and this week is going to be the 3rd week involving the diet. Perhaps surprisingly the diet is still perfectly under control without having hunger pangs or cravings for sugary food items. The truth is I noticed just how effective the suppresents happen to be in these drops, if that’s the right expression to use mainly because today I was on a training course which offered food before you throughourt the day and many of the cakes appeared delicious!
I’m going to confess I did actually eat one of the jelly babies but they left a large bowl looking at me during the lecture but again what I was very happy with was indeed the fact that I only consumed the one and I already know for sure that prior to these drops I would have demolished the dish over the day and would most likely have really enjoyed the cakes which were available through lunch break.
The only let-down for me personally this week was my weight loss however when I sat back again and thought about it, I laughed.
I believe when you are on a diet you can get greedy in the sense that you anticipate amazing results every week. This week I became initially disappointed to have only lost 2lbs until eventually I remembered that is 10lbs in barely 3 weeks. On top of that I discovered a few days ago that my jacket wasnt tight once i zipped it up a few days ago because i almost never zip up my coat which is usually fairly snug so I realize my body shape is actually changing and that is what I was in fact looking for.
