Here we are eight days in to the Drop Away diet drops diet regime and so I just thought I could present everyone an update and my own, personal results up to now.

One more thing I’ve found which I personally find really odd and I have no idea whether or not this has anything to do because of the drops at all since I am no chemist, but I personally have found I tend not to have any sugar urges.
When I was on the protien diet program I bought chocolate protien bars and chopped slices off the bar in order that I could have a one or two slices after my evening meals to be able to satify the demand for anything sweet.
